这几天逐步体会到创业初期的艰难。虽然我们的公司各方面的条件非常不错了，但还是比较艰难，尤其是在招人上面。要吸引志同道合的人加入一个什么都不具备的创业公司的难度，和在大公司里面做招聘是天差地别的。我和合伙人的压力都非常大，因为公司一旦开始，最初成长的那几个月的机会窗口会很快关闭的。
但是我还是对此抱有信心，只要我们坚持不懈，让大家充分理解我们的公司理想和目标，一定会好起来的。
多给我点鼓励，加油！！！
