在做一件事情的时候，往往自己有很强的主观想法，对别人的意见能听善听就非常重要。昨天和同事们闲聊的时候，他们给了我一个很好的反馈。我的沟通风格过于强势，喜欢抢着说自己的主张，应该更多地尝试先听别人的，再说自己的。碰到意见不一致的，谁都无法说服谁的时候，可以先冷处理一下，回去再想想，不要死辩，搞得脸红脖子粗的。
聆听的功夫，还需要修炼啊。
